Terms Of Services
By engaging JUMARIS Consulting LLC’s services, you agree to the following terms
Scope of Services
We provide advisory and project-based services as outlined in your engagement agreement. Any additional work will be subject to a separate agreement.
Engagement & Fees
Fees are on request and based on the selected service tier.
Payment terms will be specified in the proposal—typically due within 30 days of invoice.
Accepted Payment Methods: Card and Bank Transfer.
No Refund Policy: All fees paid are final and non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities
Provide all necessary information and access to systems.
Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback within agreed timelines.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties except as required to perform services.
Limitation of Liability
JUMARIS Consulting LLC’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for services under this agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
All materials created by Jumaris Consulting LLC remain our property until full payment is received, after which rights are transferred to the client as specified in the agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days’ written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable; no refunds will be issued for prepaid services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Clients will be notified of any material changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
